The Microcare Solar Pump Controllers have built-in Variable Speed Drives (VSD) which enable the user to adjust the flow of water from the pump by varying the speed of the drive thus reducing the wastage of energy. Designed to power remote applications of pumps & motors, the unit is based on the Microcare Solar Controller which allows for a lower PV Voltage Operation than what is available on the market.

The controller is available in two versions:

• 230V Single or Three-Phase Controller (with AC Input) powering up to a 1.5kW Pump (Single-Phase) or 3kW Pump (Three-Phase)

• 380V Three-Phase Controller capable of powering up to a 5.5kW Pump

The Microcare Solar Controller (also known as a Maximum Power Point Tracker) extracts the maximum power from the Solar Panels while automatically
detecting the Battery Voltage. The Unit is also able to connect to a Generator should
one need to charge the batteries.

Microcare manufactures two versions:

• LED version: This is an entry level version available in 3 sizes namely: 10A, 20A & 30A. The unit comes with LED status indicators.

• LCD Version: An advanced Lithium Ion compatible unit available in 4 sizes: 20A, 40A, 60A & 100A. The LCD screen indicates status & logs solar generation.

An All-In-One Solar Management system which monitors & controls all aspects of the power generation and load requirements. The data is logged and viewed on the graphical display either as logged entries or graphed screens. This Solar Monitoring System can be connected to the Internet using the Microcare Web Logger and viewed on the secure online Power Monitor website. The Battery Monitor is a must have Battery Fuel Gauge, Fault Finder & Load Analyzer storing 2 years of data.
